We’re tearing out the carpets, replacing them with engineered hardwood and the grasscloth on the wall. The wallpaper has to go too.
Is there a product that gets rid of the larva? We bought a steamer to use on the drapes.

When we moved into our new home, we converted one of the bedrooms into ta walk-in closet.
Then purchased aromatic, Red Cedar open-shelving for the entire room.
It turned out really low cost; $1500 for a 10x12 room.
Put it up ourselves, which was easy.
Now, every fall, I take the palm-sander in “re-activate” the smell on each outside surface.
Humid summer mornings smell great in there.

Just a quick search came up with these two products:
-Bedlam Insecticide
-Temprid Ready Spray
I have no experience with either. There are other products. Good luck!
I think a cedar closet is the only way to go. It doesn’t have to be room-sized and like you said kits are available. Dry cleaning is more expensive!
Also, weird that she was caught out in the open.
Is that the window she shot out while firing at the police car? Perhaps not.
I can count 7 maybe 8 holes in the glass of the windows.
If the shooter was finished with a head shot, the pixelation would have covered any blood on the carpet.
Over all, it makes sense to me that, standing in front of that window and taking a head-shot could have sent any “spray” to the ground with the shattered glass.
I may be wrong but I won’t watch the body-cam video to find out.
Apparently, she was moving after she was down. One of the officers yelled, “Don’t move”. Body cam was seen on Powerline Blog.
In the 6-minute video a body is on the floor at 5:18, very pixellated, blood?
