For maintenance, how often does everyone take IVM? I know dosage varies individually, but I would be interested in knowing your regularity of intake for the long term.

I was taking IVM prophylactically every month for 18 months. I stopped taking it in late autumn 2022 because I believed the worst of covid had passed. In January 2023, I got what may have been covid (sore throat for 2 mornings and loss of taste and smell for a few days). I was in the Dominican Republic when the symptoms appeared and unable to test. It didn’t affect my vacation at all. I used the horse paste the entire time I took it and gave my human pill stash from India to others who had seen the propaganda about the horse paste and were averse to using it. I was perfectly fine, though I have a lingering craving for carrots and apples 😉
