If the proposed law put forth by a Baltimore City Council member goes through it doesn’t legalize murder but comes a lot closer.

The law would prevent anyone under 25 from being charged with Felony Murder.

So, the Republican then questioned why under-21 can decide to change their sex with hormone treatments.
