The Napoleon complex has been scientifically proven.
New research published in the journal Personality and Individual Differences suggests that people who are relatively short and unhappy about it may engage in antagonistic behaviors in an attempt to offset their height disadvantage.
The researchers used Amazon’s Mechanical Turk, a crowd-sourcing site, to recruit 367 adults, a mix of men and women from the US, for the study.
The participants were asked to complete the Dirty Dozen Dark Triad questionnaire, which is designed to assess levels of psychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellianism — a personality trait defined as being manipulative, cynical and lacking in morality.
They were then asked to list their height and divulge if they were satisfied with their height or wished they were taller

"Good luck with that"!

I’m short, but I’m sane, Conservative, and Christian. But as a 1st born, Leo, I’m an Alpha. Add in raising 3 boys because I dumped their abusive dad. Walked out with $5.00 in my pocket. Thank God I had good parents.
Charlie Starkweather (mass murderer, Nebraska, 1950s) was short and it played into his inferiority complex.
Charlie Manson was 5’ 2”
Maybe it’s just being named “Charlie.”

I just got a giant yellow eyeful.
Hey, I am 5 foot tall and I have my tendencies of a psychopath well under control.
Not a Ginger though.
You had the chance to preview it, so why didn't you reduce its size?
Well thanks, I hope I am considered decent. What about Brian Kohberger, the Idaho killer? He is tall and skinny.
I don’t think height has much to do with whether a person is psycho. They are a bad seed upon birth or they had early exposure to people who made them that way.
...don’t want no short people...
Don’t want no short people, ‘round here!”
Great song, Randy Newman.
They got little noses
And tiny little teeth
They wear platform shoes
On their nasty little feet
Danny DeVito
Robert DeNiro (wore platform shoes to film The Irishman, which is a hoot in and of itself. Q. What’s five feet tall and a mile long? A. An Irish parade.)
How does this explain James Comey?
Well, my grandmother worked part time at a local Publix in Cocoa Beach Fl. for a few years after she retired and moved there, she dealt with a lot of very short older women.
She was not very tall at all herself, and when the little tiny old women came in to shop they sent cart boys around following them to help them get anything higher than the third shelf, rather than them standing there hoping someone would come by and assist them.
Preemptive more or less, they knew they would need assistance.
The term the workers had for them were “Bottom Feeders” since they could only reach the bottom shelves, and over the intercom the would hear “BF aisle 8” when the manager could see one standing there looking at a shelf 4 feet over their head.
