I think that if such a thing happened to me, I would then sue the DA and the NY DOJ for false arrest. I would totally bankrupt their system.

Braggs has up until the moment of arrest to be dissuaded from this course of action.

There was a LOUD service next door last night, lasting into the wee smalls. Today, the family is hosting a bakar batu (baa-kar baa-two), which is a pig feast. They dig a pit, put in superheated rocks in, put in banana leaves on top, then dump a dead pig in with some ubi (sweet potatoes) and greens and maybe corn or potatoes. They'll cover that with more banana leaves, then close it with the dirt. After 3 or 4 hours, the pit will be opened, the food brought out and served on more banana leaves. We're working today and so will not partake. But, we have put in our 2¢ and so may partake if we so wished.
