I had bought an entire DVD set of “I Love Lucy” shows. When I was trying to downsize all my belongings to move to Texas, I gave the mostly still unopened collection to my niece, who is a big Lucy fan.

My best friend and I used to be Lucy and Ethyl, like the time she broke me out of my hospital bed to go to a friend’s wedding in the hospital chappel. Ended up hiding from the doctor in an empty room for awhile. 😝

But mostly we were Laural and Hardy, with me always telling her “this is another fine mess you’ve gotten me into”.
