The parties shall address as a basis for sanctions only Petitioner’s factual claims in her Petition for Review (i.e., that the Court of Appeals should have considered “the undisputed fact that 35,563 unaccounted for ballots were added to the total of ballots at a third party processing facility”), and not legal arguments (i.e., pertaining to the burden of proof or purported conflict in the lower courts).

Do you think that this one count..Signature Verification will make much of a difference? Didn’t the lower court refuse to look at it?
I just heard that Robinson beat Stone in their election for councilman Dist 6. Not happy about that either . I left town for a week and just came back to hear about this and the Supreme Court decision about Kari Lake.

I like all those names, really like Jasper
I have been following but not posting much - my oldest got married Saturday and my youngest graduated from college and turned 21 this month. Plus baby goats and chicks.
Craziness around here.
So much going on in the news my head is spinning. Dems are really going scorched earth. I have to wonder, do they just not care about what people think anymore because elections are rigged. Like Biden let slip in 2020, “We don’t need your votes”…
Or are people still that asleep to what is going on?
