Plugging along here and as usual life presents me with A LOT of trials and issues to sort through.
I’m still walking but the docs are amazed due to the combo of major back problems including profound scoliosis. The pain is chronic and major. Nothing so far helps. Staying flat in bed does. Starting with pain management.to hopefully find something to take edge off. In one year I’ve lost 4” in height. . Went from 5’8” to 5’4” Heard acupuncture might help but costly as insurance won’t cover
Still enjoy experimenting and playing in kitchen.
Have gotten active with local county politics. I’m a convention county delegate and precinct secretary . Have made new good friends with the women in the GOP federation and the mens group On first name basis with county commissioners School board Sheriff. Still get together regularly with my church gal pals from 30+ years ago.
Any outing must be relatively short n with that the kick back time is significant
Lurking n trying to follow all your journeys n life situations.
Death has taken many friends this past year and I suspect several MIA here sadly
The evil with deep state is strong. We must be deligent

It was clearly the best movie of the year and deserved to win more than 1/6 of the Oscars they were nominated for.
I guess being the highest grossing movie of 2022 isn’t enough if there isn’t woke propaganda shoved down our throats.

- Silicon Valley Bank, $SIVB
- Signature Bank, $SBNY
Will there be more?
Keep an eye on the European banks.
Namely Deutschebank and CreditSuisse.
If they go, the fallout jumps the Atlantic in a nano-second.
