Reported recently, 9 more boxes of documents was sent from the Biden Penn State Center to Boston.
Why aren’t the pubbies demanding to see the content of all of these documents stolen and stashed away by the Biden Crime Family?

One thing is certain, it sure has thrown cold water on going after Trump for having so called classified docs.
But being as the Demonrats operate by a double standard it probably won’t stop them.

Albert Watkins and Legel Fees Math:
Jake Chansley was detained in Admin. Segregation at the Fed. Det. Center in Alexandria, VA. He was alone in his cell 22 hours a day. He spoke to his mother on the family line — recorded by facility — and to Watkins on the attorney line.
He had no other significant sources of info about the outside world — unlike J6 Defendants at DOC who were housed together and shared info they received from friends and family they could communicate with.
In August 2021 while convincing Chansley to accept the Gov’t plea offer, Watkins told Chansley his legal fees were already over $1 million.
Watkins was hired in Feb., and by Aug. he said his legal fees were $1 million. The rate was $800 per hour.
Six months and $1 million = $167,000 per month avg.
$167,000 a month at $800 per hour = 209 hours.
209 hours = 52 hours per week.
Every week, every month — more than 8 hours per day according to Watkins from Feb to Aug.
The docket shows he filed fewer than 5 motions. One was still pending when Jake pled guilty.
He convinced Jake to plead guilty at a time when the Govt was still asking to not have trial dates set because it had not yet produced all the video evidence to Defendants.
Around the same time Chansley pled guilty in Aug. 2021, prosecutors in the Guy Reffit case told Judge McFadden that they would not have all the video discovery out to Reffit’s attorneys in time for a Nov. 21 trial date. They said it would take until Jan. or Feb. 2022 to do so.
Now you know a little more about the legal representation given by Al Watkins to Jake Chansley that landed Jake in a ridiculously bad plea deal that agreed d to a 41 month sentence at minimum.
Jake got the sentence Al Watkins recommended to him.
One more clarification — Jake did not pay Watkins $1 million in fees. That was just the number Watkins gave Jake as part of his “conversation” about whether Jake should accept the plea offer and plead guilty.

I suspect the main reason they went after Trump was to soften the blow, distract from the illegal Biden haul.

Tucker wanted Watkins on first because Watkins said he never saw the videos. That’s an important aspect of Tucker’s reporting on the videos, and it is particularly impactful in Chansley case because of his sentence and what the videos show.
I understand that — Watkins is the only attorney who could say that because John Pierce and I didn’t become Jakes attorneys until after he was sentenced. The reason I took the lead is because I’ve done dozens of federal appeals and post-conviction relief petitions.
There were other legal issues involving Jake unrelated to his conviction and sentence that John took a look at for him.
But with regard to his conviction, sentence, and Watkins’ involvement, all those issues were part of my conversations with Jake.
And I want to mention here that Ryan Marshall has been a KEY contributor in this effort as he’s been able to build and maintain the close connection between us and Jake and his mother.

The line drawn by politicians over Tucker Carlson’s playing of previously undisclosed video is very easy to discern.
GOP politicians who do not want Trump 2024 to gain traction are criticizing Carlson because Jan 6 is the “Silver Bullet” keeping Trump from being a candidate.
That’s what the narrative has always been about with the Dems in Congress and the Biden Admin., with the press dutifully doing their bidding.
Any information that undercuts the narrative, or just makes it less impactful, makes the weight of J6 around Trump’s next lighter.
The Chansley videos Tucker has emphasized don’t change the videos of violence outside the Capitol or in the tunnel.
What they do is pull back a couple layers of the onion built by the Anti-Trump forces in Govt and the press to show not everything they’ve represented is accurate.
The GOP politicians criticizing Tucker are still GOP politicians — they’re just GOP politicians who are willing to concede the narrative to the Dems and the media because they have a shared interest in Trump not being a true contender for the GOP nomination in 2024.
Never forget that before Trump beat HRC in 2016, he took down 17 GOP candidates for the nomination who all represented one segment or another of the GOP establishment in Washington — from Cheney to McCain. Hundreds of GOP stalwarts became NeverTrumpers before the 2016 election.

I tried to find the rest of that second picture, where it says “The most disturbing footage of all, from the perspective of Pezzola, is video shown on Tucker Carlson of protester Chansley kneeling in prayer amid a...”. That’s one thing that got my attention while watching the Tucker video, I believe it said he let a prayer on the senate floor and even thanked the capital police for helping.
It’ll be hard for a defense attorney to show that and anybody decide he’s in the same ranks as BLM and antifa.
