I’m not sure what makes him a medical expert? His degree is from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Music Theory and Composition, and he’s a web developer.

If PT Barnum were still alive he’d have grudging admiration for all three of them (”There’s a sucker born every minute”).
One reason that con artists prosper is that they have a genius for recognizing what their targets are eager to believe, and then exploiting it. The fancy name for that eagerness is “confirmation bias”; done properly their targets do the advertising for them.
Grifters spotted a target rich opportunity with the vax paranoids and they have been mining it for all its worth. Chestnut appears to be a new entrant in the market.
