Newspapers pulled Adams's 'Dilbert' comics and the left thundered its umbrage after Adams reacted to a poll suggesting significant bigotry among black respondents.
We know that the left is always looking for an opportunity to silence those who challenge their groupthink. Their target isn’t only conservatives but anybody who disagrees with their worldview even in the slightest possible way.
They left lives in the hope that contrarians to their groupthink will either misspeak or express a nuanced and detailed idea that can be extracted, stripped of context, and made to appear bigoted. This gives them reason to mount a social media campaign and initiate cancellation.
Yesterday it was satirist and thinker Scott Adams's turn to be cancelled.
USAToday announced that it would stop publishing Adams's "Dilbert" cartoon because they ‘lead with inclusion and strive to maintain a respectful and equitable environment for the diverse communities we serve nationwide.’
Cleveland’s Plain Dealer newspaper also decided not to publish any of Adam’s cartoons.
John Hiner of MLive Media in Michigan wrote in an editorial, “We will work quickly to find a replacement that will entertain you and not violate basic standards of decency and respect for others.”
Many other outlets followed and did away with Adams.
Adams has been producing Dilbert for three decades and they are seen as a devastatingly satirical commentary on workplace policies.
What did Scott Adams do such that he merited cancellation?
Adams become a nationwide trending topic after he said that black people are "a hate group and I don't want to have anything to do with them."
He also said the following:
"Based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to white people is to get the hell away from black people."

My office invited a black intern from The Bahamas.
He was bewildered by American behaviors of the same color.
The upside was buying needed hardware from Sears. We never had to wait for someone to help us!
He’s obviously dead over the target for them to react this way.
Scott Adams is a masterful troller.
He trolled them in both directions.
I think the whole thing is hilarious.
First time I’ve heard someone say they ‘side with black people against whites’ because he wants to ‘be on the winning team’.

I am pretty sure Scott Adams has a few acorns put away to get him over being cancelled.
One of the difference being “rich” and being “wealthy” is the income stream. Most entertainers and athletics are “rich” before they are poor. They earn a lot but they also spend a lot but not on something that will keep its value but on disposable items. They never consider that the income stream will end.
A wealthy person on the other hands puts their money to work and into things that will keep a income stream flowing long past the time they themselves are earning anything.
Scott Adams books will be selling long past the most newspapers are out of business.
How soon before this is taken away?

Once whites are out of the way, minorities will begin to turn on one another. Watch!

When are Americans going to decide to start “canceling” all these far-left, commie lib Snowflakes and Zero Gs? Talk about the scum of humanity. That’s it, right here in America where parents should have known better not to raise kids this way this crap was raised.
The same Wokeists canceling Adams:
— Don’t live in majority Black neighborhoods themselves (or probably even ones with more than a 12% black population)
— Advocated for separate black dorms and graduation ceremonies at institutions of higher learning
— Want to hold black people to different standards than everyone else
— Want to excuse bad behavior of blacks at every turn
That's not the only inflation I notice in many of them.
Adams is 66 years old and has a net worth upwards of $50M. He probably does not care anymore.
People read USAToday? Who knew. Don’t even see it in hotel lobbies anymore.

Only he couched it terms of “the Talk” you give your kids about who to avoid.
There is an epidemic of blacks absolutely beating the crap out of white people. Blacks stealing and shoplifting from stores. Blacks demanding that they have their own spaces, their own groups while still demanding white people's money.
In other words, Adams is simply checking out, and you're going to watch other whites do the same. Should have been done when Biden was installed.
Whites are going to take their ball and go home.
It is great advice and most of us here follow it subconsciously to positive effect.
