Then how can the Sec Treasury, or Bitem keep sending $$$ to Ukraine if the House doesn’t vote on it? Which they have not since they got in this year? AFAIK. They made a rule that any spending bill has to be only one thing, and esp. mentioned that Ukraine $ has to be a separate bill/separate vote
