That’s rotten! I found a Bette Midler 2000 poster that she had signed. Paid $1 for it. It sold for $45. A few months ago I bought a Taylor Swift keychain shaped like a snake for 10 cents, resold for $80. All from thrift stores. It’s amazing how horrible celebrities have fans willing to pay so much for that stuff.
It may be unpublished, but it doesn’t show any more than all of the film and photos taken before he got his brains blown out.
My best thrift store find was back in the 90s. I found a 2nd edition Narcotics Anonymous blue book for a nickel. I sold it for $450.
I should scour thrift stores for those awesome Cutco knives. Yes.. new ones are insanely expensive.
SOMEBODY has seen it in the last 60 years.
I guarantee you it wasn’t put inside a Bachman-Turner-Overdrive CD on the day of the assassination.
Probably worth at least $1.00 now.
Good luck! You never know what little gems you might find once the thrifting bug bites you!
I agree. Plus, like many shows, it is the same thing over and over. Highlights can be pretty good, but there’s a lot of grinding to get to them.
