Raquel Welch has died at the age of 82. The iconic 1960s sex symbol passed after a struggle with a brief, unknown illness, according to TMZ. Her family confirmed the news to the site on Feb. 15, stating that she had passed away that morning.

wow...what a memory from a historic time.....
One of her best roles was in the Three Musketeers and its sequel the Four Musketeers. She really wasn’t a bad actress, as kid growing up in the 1960’s I never missed one of her pictures. There was another she was in called Phantom, think it was a Heist film.
There is not one actress today that I can think of that has her kind of cache and style. There were a a whole bevy of unreal looking women in the movies, a number of them Italian and they could act and they looked like WOMEN.
That third pic from the top in a white dress ... I have a friend who looks EXACTLY like that. Couldn’t believe it when I saw it. And she has an identical twin. She has to “ugly up” on purpose sometimes because she gets too much attention. When she and her sister travel together — watch out!
I was an extra in “The Wild Party” that she starred in. She did indeed have bird legs, but was beautiful anyway.

I believe she had been really ill with Covid earlier this year that was touch and go. If she was vaxxed, could have had reoccurrence that turned into pneumonia.
