The people of Pennsylvania never wanted to be represented anyway. Autocratic rule is the way for them.
All’s good. They rig their own elections in order to escape any responsibility for the outcome.

The regular people of Pennsylvania don’t rig their elections.... Just like they don’t in WA, OR, CO or CA. We suffer because demsheviks run things and we cannot vote them out.
I thought I heard some developments in the Idaho - Oregon land raid proposal. Does that involve your county?
The US election outcomes are decided around September 1 of the election year.
This gives adequate time for the precise number of ballots to be printed.
A predetermined number of blank ballots are sent to the polling location (or, electronic access to ‘print’ them) while the remainder remain either at the printer’s storage (warehouse) or in the hands of the election officials.
In order to come to the already established result, these ballots are completed (in various ways), in the proper number to affect the outcome.
There are always some pre-printed and/or blank ballots left over, in case they are needed.
When the election is announced “over”, all excess ballots (both blank and pre-printed) are destroyed immediately.
Or, ‘lost’ in a fire at either the printer’s are officials storage areas.
Also, at any given time, several impact “impact” ballots are in the possession of “official” election workers for last minute heroics (unrecalled ballots in the trunk of a car).
State Legislatures MUST require chain-of-custody documentation for ALL ballots and We the People must be insistent on “count every legal vote” instead of knee-jerking to the “count every vote” as if ALL votes are legal.
