Would have loved to be a fly on the wall listening to the US ambassador no doubt getting a dressing down about the Nord Stream pipeline explosion. Ukraine is going to have to bite the bullet and negotiate a way out of this war and the US is going to have to come up with reparations for blowing up the pipeline.
I think it is delicious that RUS called on the ambassador, when Biden is sitting in the anteroom that is UKR.
Blinken is on the US.
Putin is forcing Biden’s hand on matters of State.
The ambassador will need to talk to Biden, he being the highest ranking “diplomat” in the theater.
Joe has 2 choices:
- Be cognizant of the situation(s) under discussion and pass on the proper talking points.
- Tell the ambassador to delay, delay, delay until someone with REAL knowledge can intervene.
Either way, the result will be worth the watching.
