If you mean the “Kompliance Karen” brigade that intends to psychologically enforce such rules, yes.
They should be dismissed out of hand at their first utterance.
If they persist, it is harassment and ultimately assault.
You have a right to defend yourself.
Their desire for safety ends at my right of free conscience (1st Amendment).
The 2nd Amendment protects the 1st.
