Any agreement entered into by the Executive Branch that is not approved by the Legislature is null and void and has no affect on We the People.
Any agreement or approved treaty that sequesters, denies or otherwise nullifies and usurps any Constitutionally enumerated right is of no impact and can simply be ignored by We the People.

Sound advice. Is there risk in refusing to comply? Sure there is. There's also risk in walking out one's front door, or driving to the grocery store, or even breathing. There's also a risk that the Sun COULD go nova.
A large number are scared of their own shadows and totally risk-averse. Perhaps the nation has had too much prosperity for too long, and people got "soft". I think that's a real shame, given that "we" outnumber "them" exponentially.
