You should see the take off. It looks like superman just jumping into the air. It does roll a bit but only a few feet.
That’s really cool! I used to fly 172’s and couldn’t imagine that.
Heck, I’d need a strip just to handle my multiple landings per approach!
I love a good dead stick landing. It bugs me that flight schools don’t seem to teach it much or any. The skill to land straight down would save a lot of damage in many cases of engine failure, etc.
