Any organization with a lot of smart, young, attractive women who are working long hours closely, and often alone, with men is going to have sexual tension, affairs and romances break out.
This is how people are. Not unexpected.
Maybe it’s just me, but what I see is a entire layer of fairly publicly known ABC ‘faces’ who only moved up because of sex (not their male/female stuff), but mostly to what you gave out and expected in return.
I doubt if you are getting the full view of this...it probably includes a couple of dozen folks and this was simply a network signal....clean up your act.
I suspect this has been going on as long as there has been television news.

a) assume every place else is just like their job
b) they forget that other jobs don’t have co-ed workers in dimly lit editing rooms in the middle of the night under high stress, where the coworkers are all generally far better looking than the average person
c) forget the dual message of simultaneous empowerment and victimhood taught by feminism: sleep around and it’s empowering...until you don’t get what you want, and then you’re a helpless victim.
