We heard that our Best Buy in west Knoxville is supposed to close in the next few months.

BestBuy still offers stock in receivers and BluRay players that exceeds most other retailers. I update about every 3 years to keep up with new encoding formats on BluRay and decoders on the receivers. My last purchase was Sony branded items and I haven't seen much beyond the Atmos features that argues for an update. I'm still getting firmware updates on both devices that are keeping pace with industry standards.

We have VHS.

I still listen to cassettes on a Walkman — cassettes that we listened to in ‘71 on the Alcan where there were no radio stations asking the way.

Since Best Buy stopped stocking Windows 7 PCs I don’t go much anymore.
