If you wear heavy earrings as a preferred style, over time, your ear lobes will elongate. My sister has always loved big and long earrings and her lobes have stretched significantly since she was a teenager. They sag even when she’s not wearing any earrings, just like Madonna’s do in that photo. It looks like Madonna went down the Botox/filler road a little too far. She’s a caricature now and looks nothing like her natural-born self.
