They (Pfizer/FDA) KNEW & they put the death jabs out there on the population, including kids & pregnant women anyway, despite trials ( more like ‘experimentation’ on innocents) like this.

Pfizer did not perform a simple test which would take 24hrs to complete and at the conclusion, they would know the bio accumulation levels of the spike protein. This is an industry standard test and the fact that Pfizer didn’t perform it points to the likely reason being they wanted deniability.
Japan would not purchase the ‘vaccine’ without first seeing the results of this test. When Pfizer performed it for Japan, it clearly showed the toxic spike proteins accummulated in vital organs and ovaries, testes, heart etc.
Most women in the Pfizer trials before the ‘vaccine’ was released lost their pregnancies - Pfizer KNEW they were harmful to women’s reproductive health.
To KNOW and do it anyway.

The content and implications of the two previous videos involving Dr. Jordon Trishton Walker were stunning, as far as I am concerned, but mostly involved future (potential) risks associated with what Dr. Walker asserted were both planned and ongoing Pfizer SARS-CoV-2 research studies. With today’s disclosure from the undercover investigations, we now learn more about current vaccine reproductive risk findings, Pfizer’s lack of comprehension of the basis for those risks, and (according to Dr. Walker) Pfizer’s leading hypothesis concerning the patho-physiologic basis for those risks. Once again, the implications are stunning and broad ranging, consistent with what many physicians are beginning to suspect, and once again Dr. Walker (Pfizer Global Director of Research and Development- Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planning at the time of the interview) appears to not fully comprehend the implications.

If you were writing fiction, you couldn’t make this up. Your potential audience would be unable to suspend their disbelief.
However, it is reality, and out tax dollars funded it.
