Well, lets just put it this way. I recently watched a vid of a web site like 'go fund me' that you could send money to Ukraine for the war effort. One spot of the vid showed how the money was used on a bomb released from a drone. You watched it descend toward some children in a shallow blow up pool and then explode. The commentator said that this could be used as a war crime and those who sent them money would be liable. So this got me thinking about Elon who is not a government but a private citizen. That was my thought if the chips fall in the wrong court. I would not trust anybody when it comes to the government.
