During WW2 an American tail gunner exited his flaming bomber at 20,000 feet with no parachute at all. Landed in a French haystack and lived.
With God as my witness, I thought parachutists could fly.

I was a paratrooper in the Army (I did it for the extra $55 a month). Once I got out of the Army I never had the desire to jump from a plane again.

I had a co-workrer once, a beautiful Russian girl who was excited for her 2000th jump and wanted me to come jump with her.
