Strange. Ice all over floor but no drink in hand when they answer door. Drug in drink? Maybe the victim realized he was being ruffied and knocked it to the floor? Painters tape around front windowpanes so workers around. Maybe hammer was left by workers? Victim saw it and grabbed it to protect himself? When Pelousy answered the door and tried to act like everything was okay, the victim got enraged that he would get away with it and whacked him. Seemed like he also passed out... ruffies finally hit him?
The interesting thing to me was when crazy#1 started pulling the hammer away from crazy#2, #2 said; "Hey, hey, hey" exactly like you would when you saw your dog about to piddle on the carpet.
That means to me that he felt he had some control over the guy. Trying to keep him from doing something stupid. Like attack the cops.
I take it back. Pelousy was holding the drink.
