The interesting thing to me was when crazy#1 started pulling the hammer away from crazy#2, #2 said; "Hey, hey, hey" exactly like you would when you saw your dog about to piddle on the carpet.
That means to me that he felt he had some control over the guy. Trying to keep him from doing something stupid. Like attack the cops.
The whole Pelousy (sp intentional) thing is sort of “Spoopy”.

And...Things sounded “Under Control” during call and on the body cam until the cop said “Put the hammer down”.
