I see my disqus stuff with the 9+ rating is listed on your link. But, I have never posted on instapundit. I don't get whats going on there? Than again I'm far from tech savvy.

Disqus is a platform for managing website discussions, used on a lot of sites.
It’s rather buggy, btw.
If you’re logged into Disqus on *any* site, you can see all your comments on Disqus from all of them.
