In that time, the assertion was that everyone from the Right that didn't Seig Heil! with a "Yes, we give, we give and swear Barry was born in Hawaii!" was mercilessly ridiculed as a "birther."
In fact, the vast majority of conservatives were not jumping on any Kenyan, Indonesian, or other bandwagon, as if to follow unsubstantiated claims of where Barry was born. The conservatives were already worn out by changing and conflicting claims that all came from Barry's camp (see image below).
Why would that be?
We were simply saying, "Show us the definitive and final proof!" We in no way deserved to ridiculed as kooks, deniers, or "birthers."
Ultimately Barry simply doubled down and let his CIA friends proffer to the American citizen an obviously fraudulent and forged Long Form Birth Certificate (LFBC) on 4/27/2011. Within four days of that LFBC's release everyone and his brother had begun pointing out in the media and letters to the editors that the were many internal inconsistencies and impossibilities contained in the LFBC, so Barry chose that moment in time to remove the LFBC from the headlines and replace it with the Abbottabad raid that claims to have taken the life of Osama Bin Laden.
