Gordon Chang saying China is preparing for war. The balloon operation was to test US resolve in dealing with it and showing the world the we are weak and indecisive. Telling other nations not to cooperate with us as we are not trustworthy as allies.
He said they are engaged in the fastest military buildup since the second world war. They are preparing Chinese civilians for battle. Also Xi is facing many domestic problems such as protests, Covid, food shortages, etc....he could use a distraction.
Chang referred to a leaked memo from General Mike Minehan chief of AF Air Mobility Command, stating that "his gut tells him we're going to be fighting with China in 2025".
Remember a long time ago when we talked about books or other entertainments that we might put aside for times when the Internet/FR was disrupted? With the constant rain of MSM lies and the circus in the White House (set) and the COVID 'vaccine' & Ukrainian shilling, I'm thinking I need to make an active effort to entertain my mind and distract it now and then. This circus is unbelievably disgusting.
I may start reading the Shackleton book I set aside, and look for a replacement to stash while I'm at it.

The signal travelled through the balloon network from balloon to balloon, then to a ground-based station connected to an Internet service provider (ISP), then into the global Internet."
