Perhaps I was being too general, but when he repeatedly states “we were selecting for” certain traits, I assumed he meant a Darwinian selection in principle.
I’m not prepared to argue whether or not Darwinian selection is the way we came to exist. (In fact, I don’t see any conflict in believing that both intelligent design and Darwinian selection are at play.)
Regarding your last statement, many have been brainwashed into thinking “diversity is good,” which makes no sense unless one considers context (e.g. would diversity in IQ have made the Manhattan Project more successful?). Please note that I’m not at all saying we should “kill off the weak.” I’m only pointing out the lack of logic in some of the things our culture now holds as “truth.”

What they mean by “diversity” are things non racists don’t look at or particularly notice that THEY notice and can’t stop thinking about.
