Near nuclear facilities too. Turning off 10 of the nuclear-tipped missiles in their silos at Malmstrom AFB in 1967.

Doesn't sound like it would be "our" military.

This has been entered into the Congressional record by virtue of it being put to Moultrie and Bray (DOD and Naval Intelligence, respectively) by Rep Gallagher (on the Intelligence Committee).

Why not?

Wouldn’t you want to know the capabilities of your weapons. My guess is the Air Force hardened those silos significantly after that.

Don’t get me wrong…I am not definitive in my view. It/they could be anything. I just think it makes all of the “cover up” make more sense.
