By God’s grace, macular degeneration is not something I’m dealing with at this time.
However I know there is a lot to it. This just seemed like interesting info for how to support the eyes nutritionally while pursuing other treatments, or even perhaps being nutritionally proactive.
You seem to know quite a bit about it. I’m so sorry your mother had to deal with it. It had to have been very difficult for her.
It was heart breaking for everyone involved. She was such a happy independent woman - a brilliant microbiologist in a day when her talent was taken for granted by her male colleagues.
