We were missing one page of a confidential manual coming into port once and the entire ship was put on lockdown until the page was found - it had slipped into the interior of a radar watch display through the smallest of gaps between the back panel and chassis....took us 18 hours before we started taking machinery apart...another 12 before we found it.
