I think some may not have been looking at Q content when Podesta's hellish 'art collection' was first under discussion. Those familiar with it will likely want to scroll on by the following link at 55+ miles per hour.
From last September, someone posted samples of Podesta's art in 2 or 3 separate Tweets. WARNING: Podesta and his fellow sickos think images of dead/tortured/traumatized children are worth lingering over. You can view each portion of the image mosaic by clicking on each. I would use 2x6 walls, super insulated with batt and moisture barrier. Trusses and lots of blown in insulation in the ceiling or foam.
With New Hampshire’s climate, I would consider passive house construction. It’s more expensive but cheaper in the long run. If not passive than the highest efficiency standards possible.
My dream would be to never pay for heat (or air conditioning) again while not worrying about the pipes freezing.

Yes, we have it in our ‘forever’ home which we built in ‘95.
Our heating bill is 1/2 of the home across the street (Mrs. BBB333 is a property manager and rents this home 10 months of the year, the owners visit for July & August) with fiberglass insulation. Similar sized homes...we DO have good solar gain as well.
Also: radiant floor heat is wonderful during the cold months!

Just like private WiFi hotspots can be mounted on utility poles, there needs to be a written agreement to do so. This might be worth a FOIA to find out who allowed the public easement to be used for this camera. (I have little experience with this usage, and had to get multiple approvals from all involved.)
