“Is that pole (and the cameras) on public or private property.

If they are on private property, are they on the right-of-way?”


Best I can tell from my mapping resources, the pole is on public property in the road ROW.

Just like private WiFi hotspots can be mounted on utility poles, there needs to be a written agreement to do so. This might be worth a FOIA to find out who allowed the public easement to be used for this camera. (I have little experience with this usage, and had to get multiple approvals from all involved.)
