One of the specifics it actually targets is replacement theory which would be labeled a “conspiracy” to discuss. So if I say wanted to converse on just the possibility of that subject being real and as example listed the immigration quotas to the USA based on race with a graph , on this or any other social media site I could be declared a criminal. Now remember this is not to actually commit a hate crime it is phrased that to discuss it in a manner that MIGHT incite a hate crime would break the law. Only that someone else could possibly see the discussion who might want to commit said hate crime—a complete stranger to me. Also remember someone has to decide what qualifies. For just discussing the subject I guess I could go to jail (OR Maybe get a bullet to the back of my head over a freshly dug ditch if she had her way?).

Someone pointed out on Twitter it’s odd how she didn’t bring it up when the Dems had control of the house.

The idea is that it’s purposefully so wrong it would be voted down for sure, then the Dems can use that as “proof” the Republicans are racist for voting it down.
