I would suggest it was printed prior to the end of WWII. I have firearms that clearly state Made in West Germany and stamps that are from the GDR German Democratic Republic.
The fact they did not differentiate leads me to believe it was published prior to the end of the war and likely before the the beginning of it.

I would guess post-1945 because it says Printed in Germany and there probably wasn't much of a market for Hebrew-English dictionaries in Germany between 1933 and 1945. That's putting it mildly!

Spent some time reading through it last night. Very interesting with the many angles, and nice that the author had no need to favor one option and then force it into place.
By way of allegory, Moses took everybody out of Egypt by cutting through the red tape -- all of the restrictions and regulatory bondage of Egypt. The light of the Torah was waiting on the other side.
Even at the last moment, the number of laws dropped from 15 to 10. 😉
Even the Egyptians have embodied the restorative light -- see their coat of arms for the place, where the Red Sea *is* literally, physically divided, so there's that. 😊

Wait... the Bible is in other languages besides English? Yes, unfortunately ... It appears in some bastardized languages like Greek and Hebrew ... but the KING JAMES AUTHORIZED BIBLE is the standard.
