There are other scenarios that fit.
1. Biden has a summary of Trump’s MAL dox and is in need of cross-referencing his duplicates since he knew he had removed them with authorization.
2. Biden doesn’t have the dox summary of the MAL raid but knows that they might contain some duplicates he walked out with. He’s sending his legal team to interdict and destroy.
I think the 2nd, at this time, is closest to the truth.
