My exposure to him is limited, but Hakeem is a creepy looking sucker and his actions and speech don't do anything to diminish the impression.
So far watching / listening to him is like looking at a rerun of the Wellstone "memorial" larded with a smattering of current Democrat Bumper stickers. He is a Channel for leftist anger, not a good thing.
