Just stating facts. Joe may have blown it with the docs. But he didn’t have them at his private residence and has cooperated in turning them over. And doesn’t he have immunity until out of office?
He had no more power than joy behar to have them.

Private residence has nothing to do with anything.
In fact, the prevailing ruling on this issue (Bill Clinton) involved a private residence - and the Judge ruled the POTUS has complete authority on classified info - and it’s his sole discretion. The Judge also ruled the POTUS can destroy classified data at will.
She said his authority is so complete, it makes no sense to challenge a former President’s authority if he destroys docs, or deems them private.
