2. Tennessee sued the Soetero administration over refugee resettlement and how the refugees were dumped in the states lap....https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2016/04/13/tennessee-state-legislature-track-sue-federal-government-refugee-resettlement/
The case wound its way through the courts. From the start neither the Governor nor the AG, signed onto the lawsuit. According to the article, if they did there was no way the case could be tossed out of court. Well, the case eventually was tossed out of court. Guess why the case was tossed....the Tennessee legislature lacked STANDING. The group most closely associated to the people, lacked standing. Amazing.

- Tennessee accused the government of invading its sovereignty by requiring it to provide Medicaid benefits to refugees, or else risk losing nearly $7 billion of Medicaid funds annually, equal to about 20 percent of its state budget, if it refused
- But in a 43-page decision, Chief Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the federal court in Jackson, Tennessee said the state lacked legal standing to sue.
3. How much would this lawsuit hurt Biden if all the states controlled by Republican's signed onto it?
https://www.atr.org/2022-state-trifecta-map-gop-with-full-control-of-23-states-dems-14-2/
- In 2022 Republicans control the legislature and governorship of 23 states
- In 2022 Republicans have full control of the legislature in 30 states.
It would be wonderful if RINO Kemp got Georgia signed on to this suit, but he seems to live the illegals and refugees, so I doubt it'll happen.
I knew I had a reason to vote for him.
Was this not standard requirements for immigrants at Ellis Island?
