I posted this elwsewhere

Who had ownership of the documents until they were found ?

Biden was VP when he had those documents.
Can a VP have classified documents ?

Then he was a civilian and he still had those documents.
Is he allowed to have those documents?

The documents then went to the Penn Biden Center.
Are they allowed to have those documents?

He’s now President, is he now allowed to have those documents ?

Does it come down to the hidden “special” Hillary “no intent” clause ?

Or have I now given the RATS 2 more deflection talking points ?

The answer to the first 3 questions is NO.

The VP doesn’t have the power to declassify docs, so if he had those while VP and also while he wasn’t VP, and gave them to the Penn Biden Center (while he was VP or civilian), he’s breaking the law.

The answer to the fourth question is N/A, (he’s committed an impeachable offense, letting out TS/SCI info, the release of which causes severely/exceptionally grave damage to the US).

The answer to the fifth question is NO, because release of classified material whether intentional or not, still caused severely/exceptionally grave damage to the US because the docs were TS/SCI.

The answer to the last question is NO, because of all the above.
