Maybe the person you thought was your ‘friend’ just isn’t there anymore - or never really was.
People can change drastically throughout life.

These last few years have seen many of us losing those we thought of as friends or fellow travelers.

You should have banged Joyce if you were going to get blamed for it anyway. Nah. First and most importantly, I *never* mess with a friend's lady. Secondly, Joyce would NEVER have had me. She was a 10; I was, at best, a 6.

Almost all of the friends I had in High School and College went hard left while I stayed middle to middle right...needless to say they don’t like talking to me and I’m ok with that, Jesus, my wife, cat and dog love me and that’s enough

My wife was great the first eight years we were married.
The last eight were pure hell. People change.
