Cabot seriously sharp, white Chedder is the best. Kroger stopped carrying all Cabot cheese. I can’t imagine why. My son buys me the giant, well large, block from Sam’s Club.

LOVE that stuff! It was the only good cheese I found when I moved back from the UK.
I was a fan of Wensleydale cheddar while there.
