If he is elected the Democrats will once again be in control of the house.

Lord, Please, according to Your will and plans, have the man or woman installed as Speaker of the House who will fulfill YOUR plans for it, in spite of themselves.
The MSM has been very gentle on McCarthy and that should be a tell.
The Repubs could be in deep shite if this scenario plays out assuming there is no little known rule preventing it.
That’s a scenario that certainly could happen. This week will be a tightrope for all involved. Both the conservatives and GOPe don’t have much room for error.

He proposed his first act would be to fire the 87k IRS agents (which the Senate will oppose) instead of releasing the Jan 6 defendants from DC jail and publicizing Biden’s laptop after firing head of FBI.
