Employers are actually the most vulnerable. They do NOT have immunity under the EUA for the clot shots.
They really need to find this out the hard way... the sooner the better.
Who needs the wrath of God to rain on their heads is any HR department that was complicit in this. The idiots in charge did not know better... being idiots. HR was 100% complicit. I would audit large company HR employees to see if pharma paid them off.
