I just spoke to a lady on the phone (last night) in Cebu City. Yes, she is a Filipina. I called them from the house (but on my cellphone).
Trying to get my cellphone plan working. She said it’s fine.
Although their text messages say it’s NOT fine.

A Filipina from Cebu. Whoda thunk it? 🤗🤪😁😆😂 Actually, just get one of the Comm apps, like Viber, What’s App, Messenger, telegram, and you can talk over it. I am not 100% sure, but this might be what they call, VOIP, voice over internet protocol, or something like that. I do it all the time.
