I’m pretty sure they make their own taco shells. They make great flour tortillas too. The very 1st Rosa’s was founded here i San Angelo!

I bought a few small food savers, mostly for jerky, but they both quit working after only a few uses. 😔

Son stopped on his way up the mountain last Monday at our favorite Mexican restaurant in Globe and brought us green and red burros and then we cooked tacos on Wednesday.
No precooked shells here but the good old greasy fried tortillas.
Have had our Mexican food fix for....well, maybe week.😁

We stopped at Rosa’s Cantina, in El Paso, the last time we were there.
Of course, I had the taco plate....which...was....perfection!!!
(I know....not the same restaurant. This one is supposed to be named after the famed one, in the song.)

Oooh....that sounds so good.
Tacos are hard work....well, for me, anyways.
Cooking/draining the meat....frying the tortillas....stuffing them with all of that goodness.
But.....SO worth it!
Did you put El Pato sauce on them?? 😍
