Correct, as the sitting POTUS/VP would be removed, and SOTH is third in line.
The SC could also reinstate Trump as President, or call for a new election, as most of Congress would be booted.
Best thing is that M<ike PEnce is also a defendant, so he would be booted as well, not restored to the VP position.
Permit me to fantasize for just a moment: Tomorrow, Trump is voted in as Speaker.
